Digest is a small, independent quarterly print magazine that was conceived in January 2020 by us, and several other friends and contributors across the country. Our goal was to start a publication that was unpretentious, gave credit where credit was due, and shared the love and stories about the establishments that have been feeding us for years.
Digest Magazine is currently in its second year of bringing quality eating content to people all over the country.
